Nestled in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains, the Mendota Farms Cabin provides a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

This historic home was originally built in

1820 and lovingly restored in 2008 by the Humphreys family to include all the modern conveniences you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Guests of all ages can appreciate this property and the amenities it offers.

Whether you choose to spend your day floating and fishing on the Holston River or relaxing on the back porch with sweet tea, you’re sure to enjoy your time at Mendota Farms.

House Rules

Pet Parents:

  • We provide waste bags and ask that all pet potty breaks be taken outside within the immediate fenced-in area.
  • We provide a cordless vacuum for you to “de-fur” before check out.
  • Pets must be completely house trained and out of the “chewing on everything” stage, otherwise we ask they be crated.
  • Pets are not allowed on beds.
  • Pet parents are responsible for any damage caused by the pets during stay.
  • If you will be leaving cabin for a period of time please crate your pets.
